Homemade Waffle Batter recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups of flour.
2 tablespoons of baking powder.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
½ teaspoon of salt.

3 medium eggs.
1 cup of milk.
1 cup of heavy cream.
4 teaspoons of melted butter.

Directions:

Sift flour, powder, sugar and salt.

In a suitably sized bowl, beat the eggs, milk, cream and butter until frothy.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to make a thick batter.

Cook in well greased waffle iron.
