Peanut Butter Waffles recipe

Ingredients:

1 large egg.
1 cup of pancake mix.
½ cup of water.
¼ cup of chunky peanut butter.
¼ cup of butter, softened.
5 ounces of evaporated milk.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
2 tablespoons of honey.

Directions:

Place the chunky peanut butter in a one-quart glass bowl and microwave ao High for 25 seconds.

Add the pancake mix, milk, water, egg and suagr; then beat until smooth.

Bake in a waffle iron until golden.

Combine the softened butter and honey, stirring until blended; then top the waffles with this mixture.
