Sour Cream Waffles recipe
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of flour.
2 teaspoons of sugar.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
½ teaspoon of baking soda.
½ teaspoon of salt.
3 medium eggs.
2 cups of sour cream.
¼ cup of melted butter.
Directions:
In a bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a different bowl, beat the eggs until light and frothy.
Blend in the sour cream.
Add the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Blend in the melted butter.
Cook in a hot waffle iron.
