Delicious Waffles with Maple Syrup recipe
Ingredients:
4 medium eggs.
2 ½ cups of flour.
2 cups of buttermilk.
1 cup of milk.
½ cup of melted butter.
½ cup of sugar.
6 oz of maple syrup.
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon.
1 teaspoon of baking soda.
Directions:
Beat the eggs and the sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add the buttermilk, milk, melted butter, baking soda and cinnamon; then stir.
Slowly add flour while stirring.
Bake the batter in a hot waffle iron.
Serve with maple syrup.
